ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD AT LOWOODS CLUB, DEEPCAR

RECEIVING OF ANNUAL REPORT

Chairman Keith Gordon read out his annual report.

 

RECEIVING OF AUDITED ACCOUNTS

Treasurer Pauline Senior presented the audited accounts for 2010/2011.

The above were unanimously elected into position Prop, Geoff Dimelow, Sec, Janet Proctor.    A vote of thanks was given to Sue Higham for her work as leader of the Social Committee over the past years.

 

ELECTION OF AUDITORS

Mike and Anne Smythe agreed to act as auditors for the next financial year and were elected to the post.  Prop. Pauline Senior, Sec. Martyn Cartwright.   All in favour.

 

 

 

TO FIX THE AMOUNT OF ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

Pauline Senior proposed that the Annual Subscription remains the same and this was unanimously agreed.

 

ADOPTION OF RACES FOR 2010 AND APPOINTMENT OF ORGANISING COMMITTEES

 

Hartcliffe Hill Race – 19th April to be organised by Pete McLeod and Barbara Haigh.  

 

Thurlstone Chase – 14th July to be organised by Simon Rippon, Bob Innes and Jane Cockerton in conjunction with Thurlstone Gala

. 

Show Race – 8th September to be organised by Keith Gordon, Sue Higham, Martyn Cartwright, Ian Charlesworth, Jill Davis, Colin Porteous, Jane Foster, Jackie Armitage, Geoff Dimelow and Tim Mullett.

TO RECEIVE AMENDMENTS TO CONSTITUTION RULES

There were no Amendments submitted

 

DATE OF NEXT AGM

The next AGM will be held on Wednesday 10th October 2012.
