We had arranged to meet in a cafe after the race and then went sight seeing in the 'Old Town' and around Wenceslas Square. That night we all met at the 'Radost FX' a trendy vegetarian restaurant near to the Hotel Tyl where most of the group were staying. Following a fine meal and much Czech lager and wine some of the group decided to do a bit more stretching down at the Music Bar. On Sunday we discovered the trams and Metro, tickets are interchangeable and cost less than 30p for an hour. We paid a visit to the castle and surrounding areas, along with the Jewish Quarter and more of the Old Town. Sunday evening was spent in restaurants and bars around the castle followed by the town at night which looks spectacular with floodlights illuminating the old buildings. Monday morning was whatever you could fit in before our taxi collection at midday for our flight home at 14:15. T and her party had another day to enjoy the city but residents at the Hotel Tyl had an appointment at the Trunce at 18:30 which we managed to keep with about half an hour to spare.
