Sheffield 10K 24th March 2002. Slight Breeze, otherwise clear and quite warm.

Overall race winner was Carl Thackery in a time of 30.29. A total of 22 PFR runners competed. First Penistone runner home was Malcolm Dickinson in a time of 39.08. Bob Innes was 2nd home in 39.45 and Ian Charlesworth 3rd in 40.12. The 48 ponts gained by Ian put him to the top of the leader board in this years Championship after 2 races. First Lady was Sue Higham in a time of 49.27.

Note: Next Championship race is the Trunce on 08/04/2002.
